A Milwaukee mother crusades against texting and driving after her son is paralyzed by a distracted driver. She tells us her family’s story, which is featured in a new national campaign and documentary. Later, the Wisconsin president of AT&T explains why his company commissioned the film and works to get teens not to text and drive. Plus, a local author unpicks the knot of the cycle of abuse through a fictional character.  And alt-country pioneers the Old 97s join us on stage to talk about their music and their staying power.
